85+ permanent employees
At Convins, we work with permanent employees. By now there are more than 85 of them. These employees are all salaried. We do not work with 0-hour contracts or with students who work at Convins as side jobs. We are convinced that staff are more comfortable when they have security. We give them that security by not working with 0-hour contracts. We gladly offer motivated and enthusiastic employees a permanent contract. This is unique within telemarketing. We put our people on our own payroll and send them to a permanent contract.

We think it is important that our employees feel involved in the projects they are working on. By creating more project involvement, we ensure the knowledge of the employees. How do we do this? Our employees sign up for projects. Within our CRM system we can see what their preferences are. This allows us to see, also in the long term, where the preferences of employees lie, and therefore where their talent often lies. This is a win-win situation for both Convins and the employees.

We believe a safe environment is important. Both in the workplace, and in the career field. Employees feel better in a safe environment and perform better. At Convins, we try to steer towards an open-ended contract as much as possible. We also do this by creating opportunities for advancement. Of course, this is also based on performance and motivation. At Convins we work with a good pension plan. Employees perform better when they are sure of their income, but also with building up a pension.
