This will give you a good impression of Convins and you can experience for yourself how we work for your project. During the kick-off you will get to know the project team. In addition, information is shared in order to determine the joint proposition.

Get going!

It's time to get started for your organization. We call on behalf of your company as the client. Together, we determine in advance which companies or sectors we can approach. In addition, you must indicate in advance on which days we can schedule conversations and with what frequency. With an email address of your organization, we can immediately confirm appointments. When we call, we do this with an 085 number. This has two reasons. Because it inspires trust, since we don't call anonymously. 2: Because the prospect can call us back and we can record with the name of your organization. This allows us to provide the prospect with the right information immediately.

Has an appointment been made? Then you will receive an appointment form with all the necessary information so that you can start the follow-up interview in a prepared manner. One week before the appointment, we will call the prospect to verify the appointment, so that you will not be standing in front of a closed door. At Convins, we also take care of your back office. In addition, there is a customer portal in which you have insight into all agreements. This will give you an overview of the planned appointments, give you your availability and give you feedback on an appointment.

No Cure, No Pay

Convins works with staff on their own payroll. Quality is of paramount importance to us, as we work from your company name. Convins employees register for each assignment. This allows employees to choose for themselves which projects they feel involved in. Besides, at Convins, we don't believe in call scripts. We conduct open discussions so that the prospect experiences our work in advance of the appointment as an extension of your organization.

Partnership

We start our collaboration on the basis of a pilot. We express mutual expectations and these are recorded in the application. In the meantime, we will keep in touch about the agreements that have been made. After the pilot phase, we will give a presentation with the results. We are also curious about the results of your agreements. Are we going on together? Then we determine the frequency of the number of appointments to be scheduled per month.
