About Convins

Convins is a young, commercial and driven marketing and sales organization, based in Apeldoorn, Utrecht and Valencia (Spain). Convins is mainly concerned with making B2B visiting appointments for account managers of our clients. Convins is an ambitious organization and is currently going through an enormous growth phase. For our modern office in Apeldoorn and Utrecht we are looking for Team Captains who can manage a team of approximately 6 people in addition to their own commercial activities.

What do we ask?

  • First of all, you will be a cooperating foreman and actively participate in the primary process in the role of Commercial Internal Sales Representative
  • In addition to this role in the primary process, you will also have time and space to manage a team of approximately 6 people
  • For that team, you are the first point of contact and point of inquiry, as well as the one who monitors KPIs such as numbers of scheduled appointments and quality
  • Direct reporting to the site operations manager (weekly meeting)
  • Coaching and training those in your room
  • Motivate and enthuse your team

 

For this position we are looking for a driven personality with MBO+ who also dares to lead. Someone who knows how to get to work, is accurate and precise, but also works fast and knows how to keep an overview. You must be able to cope with a little stress and hectic work, be flexible and want to pioneer with us in a young organization. You are analytical, eager to learn, commercial, communicative and ambitious. You preferably have experience in the contact center industry and affinity with IT and you are willing to start "with your feet in the clay". Furthermore, you can read and write with computers and Office (especially Excel) holds few secrets for you.

What do we offer?

Salary between € 2,500 and € 3,000 - possibility of a company car
Location: Apeldoorn or Utrecht
Fulltime
