Kadey works in the back office. She has been working at Convins for almost two years.
Her duties as a Back Office Clerk range from confirming appointments, checking the appointment text to making sure the appointment is properly posted in the calendar. She does the final check before the appointment is confirmed to the clients and prospects.
She also answers the phone for acquisitions.
"I think Convins is an open and friendly company. There is always something organized such as an outing or Friday afternoon drinks, which keeps you in touch with each other and really makes us one team. A lot of attention is paid to having a good time, which makes us very involved with each other. Back office is slightly different from the teams with acquirers who call, but despite that, we know each other well. Partly because of the fun activities, but also because we are in daily contact with the acquirers about the appointments.
What I always really like is that the director of Convins is a great joker, occasionally shouting through the hallways, "atmosphere and experience!" The phrase "atmosphere and experience" is a positive concept here at Convins, and every person who works here has uttered it at one time or another.
