The concept of dedication is very important to us. With us, a client feels that he is really a client, large or small, everyone gets the same treatment. Because we always work in teams, Ingrid often joins in, as many customers know her. In that sense, we are different from other accountancy firms because we have more teams that also have complete attention at all levels. Supporting growth and improving returns are central to our advice."
How did you come into contact with Convins?
Ingrid: "In 2018, Convins approached us to ask if we were open to meeting them. Of course we were open to that and the meeting was fun and interesting. Before that, we had another party we worked with for a while, but that didn't work out well for us. We had to pay a fixed amount in advance before the appointment was made, which we do not find very professional. The appointments were also of poor quality. We were still searching because the way of acquisition does suit us. When Convins came into the picture, we thought: hey, let's see if this works. Erwin: "We have set a growth ambition and since then have been asking Convins to make calls and appointments for us for about 3 years. It is very typical of me. I wouldn't really like to make calls, I used to do that, but it takes a lot of energy and time and I'm not effective enough. You also have to learn, of course, and Convins is well specialised in that."
What do you think are the usp's of Convins?
Erwin: "I think the no cure-no pay basis is logical for this kind of company. Because if you don't come to the table, then yes... I think you should have an agreement. An important usp for me is that Convins acts as a partner, if that is what you ask for as a client. If we ask for something, time is made available to talk to us. We have been on location in Apeldoorn a few times now. They listen seriously to your comments and give you advice on how to improve. You also think along to score results for us."
How is the cooperation with Convins?
Erwin: "We have a good score of customers, and also good quality conversations. But that is also due to the preparation that Convins does. I think the support from Convins is very good." Ingrid: "Yes definitely, and the cooperation as well. I work a lot with the back office, and that goes well." Erwin: "Convins is a big organisation, but the human scale is absolutely present and I feel really treated very well. So I think we have the same thing here: giving attention to your work and doing it as well as possible. The quality of Convins is making appointments and they do that very well. Possible problems are solved quickly. The communication is very good, I think it's a strong company.
