Experience Guide is a platform and service developed to conduct short-cycle client experience research. The platform is available 24/7 and aimed at simplifying research for all parties involved. On the platform, users can design questionnaires, send them out and keep track of the results in real time.
Convins schedules B2B visit appointments for Ervaringwijzer. Ward van der Velden, general manager of Ervaringwijzer, follows up on the appointments scheduled by Convins in order to achieve new business for Ervaringwijzer.
How did you come into contact with Convins?
"I ended up at Convins through word of mouth. An acquaintance of mine, whom I know from playing squash, recommended Convins."
What were your motivations for partnering with Convins?
"We did not have a partner for sales before and we are not experts in that field ourselves. We are a mature organization with a good product, but because we have no sales expertise in-house, we were afraid we were missing momentum. That's why we engaged Convins for sales."
How did you like setting up and starting the collaboration?
"The setup went smoothly. We received call lists in which we could indicate which leads we did and did not want to be approached. In the beginning it took some searching and testing to see which industry was the best fit. We were able to fine-tune that, so that appointments are only scheduled with the industries where we want to come to the table."
How do you experience working with Convins?
"We like the cooperation very much. We started with a pilot that was very successful. Based on that, we decided to move to an ongoing cooperation."
What successes have you had as a result of working with Convins?
"The biggest success, of course, is the new clients we have brought in through the appointments Convins has scheduled. We already have three to four new clients and, in addition, we have three prospects about to sign. That's a conversion rate of 1 in 3."
How do you like the contact with our back office?
"The contact with the back office is pleasant. We receive the appointments clearly by e-mail with a short summary of the conversation that took place. When an appointment needs to be discussed, for example because an appointment is scheduled within the agreed planning period, it is first discussed and only after agreement is the appointment confirmed. The communication is smooth and when an appointment is cancelled at short notice, we are notified in a timely manner."
What are the benefits of working with Convins?
"Being able to easily scale up sales without too much risk. We have a clear product with a clear message that actually solves a problem so the final conversion rate is high. Obviously, that's of interest to both Ervaringwijzer and Convins."
What do you think are the USPs of Convins and its team?
"What struck me about Convins is that they take the sales completely off my hands, unlike other parties who mainly want to share their strategy. I also researched other parties, but they were less easy to find.
Convins really thinks with you, the process is autonomous, there's a lot of trust and it's efficient."

"Yes, I would definitely recommend Convins, especially to companies that already have a concrete offering. Convins is an excellent partner for mature organizations looking to grow further."
