Good start to the day
A good start of the day is important at Convins. We offer employees the opportunity to get a company car. After the employees have arrived at the office in Apeldoorn or Utrecht, it is time for a good cup of fresh bean coffee or tea. By logging into the system, the employee can see which projects he/she will be working on that day. We do not classify these projects randomly, as employees are allowed to register for projects they have an affinity with. This creates a better connection between the employee and the client. Time to get to work. At Convins we don't believe in call scripts, we believe in good conversations. In addition, the office spaces are arranged in such a way that it consists of smaller workplaces and not large bubble rooms.
Healthy lunch
The day flies by with fun conversations. At lunch time, there is time to play a game of table football or catch up with colleagues over a healthy lunch. We believe that the health of our employees is important, which is why, for example, we offer fresh fruit to all our colleagues. We also believe it is important to work as a team, which is why we take breaks together.
Get to work!
After a good lunch, it's time to get back to work. The days go by quickly when employees have fun and good conversations that give them energy. When the working day is over, employees at Convins have the opportunity to use the Convins gym. Both the Utrecht and Apeldoorn offices have a gym for employees. This way colleagues stay healthy, but they can also clear their heads after a day at the office.
