We are often asked how we as an organisation can ensure a stable basis of qualified staff, as it is not usual for a colleague to work for a (telemarketing) organisation for a long time.
Binding and enthralling
In 2021, the subject of "binding and enthralling" is more topical than ever. Despite the pandemic, the economic situation in many sectors is brighter than before. We have seriously embraced this theme since 2016 and today it ensures that we get mostly positive feedback from our own colleagues but also from our clients when they get in touch with Convins.
Attention
In my experience, this theme is too often covered, with the employer looking at the salary slip, while our experience is that it is mainly in the attention towards a colleague, keeping your appointments, taking care of a monthly evaluation with the colleague in which you hear both sides of the argument and also record it, and of course spotting the opportunities if a colleague wants to grow and has the potential for it.
Of course, the above will only work if you, as an employer, also provide the colleague with a contract on your own payroll, and if we are mutually satisfied, we would like to change the contract to a permanent one as soon as possible.
HR: a profession apart
In addition, most entrepreneurs often have specific qualities, whereby the HR profession is really a separate profession that requires different knowledge. As an entrepreneur, you can want to do everything yourself, but attracting the right colleagues who can supervise new colleagues combined with the regular deployment of an external HR advisor has also ensured that Convins' sickness absence rate has been below 1.8% for a number of years now.
Feeling at home
For most colleagues, work is also an environment where you spend most of your week. This should basically be a place where the majority of the work can be done with pleasure and where one can also feel ''at home''. Convins contributes to this by providing a gym, lunch and fruit at work and where necessary vitality support of choice.
The basis of success
Based on more than 12 years in business, we have come to realise that the greatest asset is your own colleagues. You can come up with such a beautiful concept or product, but ultimately the success lies in the team with whom you work.
