We regularly have conversations with applicants who had a different impression about working at Convins than they initially thought. With this in mind, we would like to tell you a little bit more about how things work at Convins.
When you enter our head office in Apeldoorn, you will probably notice that it is an ultramodern building with a beautiful garland throughout. We also have a large canteen where we serve lunch every Tuesday and Thursday. If you are sporty, there is also a fully equipped gym that you can use every day after work.
In Utrecht, we operate from the Lage Weide industrial estate. The office has a beautiful view of the A2 motorway and the Wall. All rooms are glazed, giving it a transparent impression. No crowded halls with packed call stations, but separate rooms where everyone has his own desk.
In every room there is a TV screen with our gamification software running on it. On these screens you can see if someone makes an appointment, what kind of appointment is made, if we will reach the target of the day. In addition, general messages are displayed here with, for example, a week's action or a special event that is being celebrated.
Fun fact: if you work for us, you can set your own profile photo and name. Also, sometimes you will hear a Dutch music track when someone makes an appointment, or a fragment of, for example, a football club. So you decide what all your colleagues will see with your name when you make an appointment.
